Old Gray Mare is a short film written and directed by Courtney Glaudé and presented by Tyler Perry Studios. Origin Point Productions managed the project through the entirety of post-production, providing editorial from assembly through final picture lock, complete visual effects, conform, and final delivery.

The visual effects work blended seamlessly into the storytelling, ranging from invisible cleanup and complex background replacements to custom compositing, stylized title design, and practical problem solving, including the creation of a believable vehicle window with realistic reflections when production constraints prevented filming the shot safely.

The completed film screened at the Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival and marked the beginning of an ongoing creative relationship with Tyler Perry Studios, leading directly to our next collaboration, Conditioned.
